A thorough assessment from the general to the specific, to identify areas of tension and restriction. If medical input is needed, I will inform you and refer you to the appropriate professional.

The treatment

Gentle techniques, adapted to your sensations and history. Throughout the session, I explain what I am doing and why — your questions are always welcome.

Sustaining the results

The advice

Tailored exercises, lifestyle advice… You leave with concrete tools to extend the benefits day to day. Follow-up may be recommended if the situation calls for it.

Frequently asked questions

Come in comfortable clothing. You will be asked to partially undress (underwear or shorts). You are welcome to bring a specific outfit if you prefer.

I do not offer automatic follow-up. The number of sessions depends on your situation. If another session is relevant, I will explain the reason clearly.

No, osteopathy does not require a medical prescription. However, if your situation requires additional medical input, I will let you know.

Absolutely. Preventive consultation is an excellent approach, particularly for athletes, sedentary individuals or those going through periods of intense stress.
